As you can tell and hear, i’m not quite well an expert at editing photo’s and audios.
What i was trying to tell is. Do this
Write down the task you know will really make an impact, that you will take immediate action on, Making a giant leap or even accomplishing the goal! It may be something you have procrastinated on!

Six Human Need Part Three: Significance

Do you wish to be famous? Maybe significance score high in your list of human needs.
Donald Trump meets his need of significance by being the most outlandish real estate owner known on this planet.

But, being famous is not all about significance. Changing history is a need for significance.
The problems is that some people are doing this the wrong way.
One easy way to get noticed is to do something bad on a global scale or dominate planet earth.

At the end of the day it’s all about the question: “What is it about me that attracts attention?” Some are doing it by being successes others are doing it by being failures.

As everything in this beautiful universe, it has one good side and one bad side

The Good Side:

I live, breathe and eat self improvement because i want to help and change the world. I have come to realise that significance plays a big part in my psychology.
I want to be important in others peoples life. Fortunately i have taken this need and uses it’s power to something good

Someone needs to become a model, actor, coach or CEO because they need to fill their need if significance, but often people who is driven by significance don’t need to be a global phenomenon. Sometimes it’s enough to be the significant other in a healthy loving relationship or the one who brings home the food to a big family.

The Bad Side:

i’ll take my self as an example again. When i was younger, i always was a cry baby, i always wanted people to notice my failures so i could be the center of attention. In other words, i wanted to be significant in my failures. Hugh mistake on my part.

Some people complain, get angry and are depressed about their life and they really take time to let you know how bad they have it (annoying right?) They even make a competition out if it “You think you have it bad!? Wait till you hear this!”

All of this negativity is only a sign that we have been disappointed when we tried something significant but failed, so we are afraid to become “failures” again. As intelligent we are we’ll immediately find another way to fill this need.

Change:

The Only Constant Is Change

If you find that you are on the good side of the scale, keep it up. But keep reading on to learn how you can do it better

For us who tips on the “bad” side. Realise that there are no failures there are only undesirable results. The way to get result is to

1. Know your outcome
2. Take massive action
3. Be flexible until you get the desired result

Realise that success is not only for the lucky ones. Everybody has the ability to succeed.
The reason we’re not taking action on our dreams is (as i mentioned above) our past disappointment. Disappointment is only a code word for fear. We’re afraid to fail again, afraid of feeling bad, and afraid of looking stupid and having our closest ones saying “I told you so”

Take massive action, with your desired outcome in mind and be flexible until you get it!
It’s really that easy, you don’t need some complicated formula that takes 10 years of planing. The sooner you start taking action, the sooner you’ll reap success.

Master Your Emotions!

Many people including myself think that negative emotions are created just to fuck with our heads and nothing else. I have discovered that it’s far from the truth.

Negative emotions are your best friend. Yes, you heard me!
Think of it this way. Negative emotions are a signal that is telling you that you need to change!
And obviously when you are feeling great, the mind and body is rewarding you for doing something good

I’ll show you a formula that can take you from being controlled by your emotions to you controlling them and turning negative emotions into an asset!

Control your emotions:

  1. Identify your emotion

    Are you feeling:

    - Uncomfortable

    - Fear

    - Hurt

    - Anger

    - Frustration

    - Disappointment

    - Guilt

    - Inadequacy

    - Overwhelmed/depression

    - Lonely

  2. Appreciate the signal

    - Appreciate that there is something telling you that something is wrong and you need to change. This put you in a resourceful state. Let me tell you what these emotions are trying to tell you or what you need to do to change it

    - UNCOMFORTABLE = Change your state

                                                                                  Know what you want

  3.                                                                    Take action toward your desire

    - FEAR = Something in the near future might come your way. Get prepared if it is a test, speak or an exam.

    Maybe your fear is not relevant at all and your fear is there because of an old pattern. Change your perception toward the challenge.

    - HURT = An expectation that is not being meet.

    Evaluate if it is really a loss here, if yes. Authentically communicate with the one who has not meet your expectation

    If no, change perception and/or approach toward the emotion

    - ANGER = An important rule has not been respected

    Communicate your rule clearer to that or those persons who has made you angry

    Maybe the person did not intend to make you angry in the first place

    Is your rule ridiculous? Maybe you need a another rule that fits reality better. If you have a rule nobody else in the world has, maybe you should turn it down or get rid of it.

    - FRUSTRATION = Chances are that you are not achieving a desired result.

    Problem with most people is that they tend to do the same thing over and over again and expect another result, btw. That is the first sigh of madness. Just putting it out there.

    Be flexible, change your approach and you will get want you are searching for

    - DISAPPOINTMENT = Change your perception of you getting the result you desire.

    You might have set a goal within a certain time frame which at the time was unrealistic and you got disappointed because you now think you are a failure in front for others and your self.

    Change to a more realistic goals in a realistic time frame

    - GULIT = You may have violated your own standards

    Do something as fast as possible to make it up for yourself

    Maybe you are feeling guilty about something you should not feel guilty about? (Change perception)

    - INADEQUACY/UNWORTHY = You might be doing something that you rearly or never do and that makes you inadequate. If you really care about the activity

    Start doing something that will get you better at it as soon as possible

    - LONLEY = Need of connection with people (obviously)

    Some may  confuse them self and think that they must have an sexual connection, perhaps, but weigh the option that you may need a true friend or two.

    Visit this blog often to use it as a reference or better, write it down and carry it with you somehow and you will master your emotions thus mastering your life

    Remember to take action toward the solution as soon as possible.
    My experience of this is that when i know i have tools to handle my negative emotions creates a lot of happiness. A lot of unnecessary emotions never pops up!
    it really feels like freedom!

Learn to Love Learning

Honestly, when you’re thinking about learning, reading, studying and implementing new knowledge to your life. do you get this picture in your head?

 

well dear reader, you are not alone. Not alone at all. I was actually one off the worst people when it came to learning and reading. That was for losers. I wanted to watch the newest bloodiest movie, the newest episode of south park or stare at the wall (not that it’s anything wrong with that) But i would do anything to stay away from books. I just did not see the point. The reality of it was that i linked learning and reading to school, and school = boring shit that i will never get to use in the future!

Unfortunately, many bright and talented people walk out of school thinking: “Finally finished with school. I swear on my mothers life, i will never learn again!”
Without realising it their actually preventing them self from achieving great success and fulfillment in their life.

Self-education:

Limiting belief: “Self-education?! BS, the only education you can get is through school. Period!”
Wrong. I dare you, find out how many successful people dropped out of school to pursue their life long dream and actually succeed on an grand level

 

 

 

You may realise that when it comes to financial success school is not essential or necessary.
but what about:

  • True love and connection
  • Self-confident
  • how to attract the opposite sex
  • how to win friends
  • how to make money
  • and much more

 

You rarely learn anything about what i've mentioned above at school

 

Take Responsibility

 

Nature's law: The strongest survives

Realise that by learning you'll gain strength, you will become more certain of you achieving success in that area you desire.

Picture this. You enter a relationship and the sex is great! And you think yourself: "this is perfect, he/she's kind, funny and good in bed! i'll stick out in this relationship"

Now, a relationship has a trend, that trend is after two maybe three years the sex is not that good anymore! So you start feeling insecure about yourself, because you think that you can't satisfy your partner. Not you're trapped in a downwards spiral, and you start taking out all the aggression on your partner for some bullshit reason and starts a fight that leads to another fight and who knows, after fighting for some weeks, months or years you had enough and get a divorce.

What you could've done is pick up a book, listen to a audio book, watch a seminar, take a class and start implementing what you have learned to your sex life, and that easy thing right there might save you months of yelling! (I'll be honest. I think it requires a lot of open communication as well) but you get the point!

You live on a planet that has had Billions of people walked on it with billions of problems, now. Some of these people have found a solution and they have wrote down the anatomy of the problem with the solution so generations don't have to suffer the same problem.
The only thing that is required to you is swallow your so-called pride, take responsibility of the problem.

Addicted to success

You may have some passions, picture of your dream life or simply a skill you want to learn.
people like me will look at a book that has the solution the problem and think "But, i can't do that" "i'm not gifted"
"I don't want to get hurt again" at first this is hard, it will probably make you procrastinate or not read books at all.
But, like everything. You need to train yourself, picture the brain like a muscle. The more you do, the easier it get's

The cool part when you start implying what you have learned to follow through whole-hearted and start seeing some results.
You get the most awesome rush, you feel alive, confident and sure about yourself.

Reason: When you follow through on something the brain realises feel good chemicals and start a complex process of associating learning to something good

Transition vulnerability

Sounds good doesn't it! Feeling good about learning and achieving what you want etc.
Well that's not what it's like at the beginning. When you start with a new skill you find out that it is uncomfortable to do the exercises because you never done it before and we don't want to look foolish in front of yourself or other people.

Well. what can i say. You need to fall to learn. That's how you learned to walk right!

I'll share with you a personal experience:

I have been to ALOT of parties. At every party there is some amount of social pressure, when someone dares to make a fool of them selves by doing something they have never done or start putting a lot of pressure on them self and don't care, the person just carries on with a smile.
Next thing, the pressure of the party is not that great anymore. Everybody relaxes and start having even more fun, because they have realised that at this pary it's ok to make a fool of yourself! Boom!

 

As i said, at the beginning you may be feeling like this:

 

 

Often we start off feeling like a bird who has never tried flying, we try, but it's inevitable. We're gonna crash, but that's fine. Expect to crash, it's the process of success.
The sooner you hit the ground sort of speak, the better.
Because soon enough you'll look like this:

 

 

You'll master the skill after dedication, skill, patient and the feeling of having fun while doing the process, and
You'll sit there with the feeling of learning something new, doing something greater because you believe in yourself and your ability
to learn, to implement, to succeed.

Back to the basics

Tony Robbin’s work fascinated the hell out of me. I’ve almost finished unlimited power and have just started on get the edge.

1 day out of seven is to immplement the hour of power into your life,it’s actually pretty much the same we did every morning at passion immersion!

I’ve been exercising in the morning and started to change my diet and i just can’t run out of energy, it sick! (PM me if you want to know more) ; )
So i thought to myself, if i’m already running ealry in the morning, why not tweek the routine abit

THE HOUR OF POWER

1. Get up, drink some water to really wake up, put on some jogging shoes, give the finger to the snow, smile and start walking

- During the walk i’ll go through everything i’m grateful for
Example: “I’m so grateful for my friends and family”

Why? If you want to achieve success you’ll have to take control over your own psychology and emotions. How do you expect to really enjoy success without a healthy psychology.
That’s why you see a lot of famous people go inn and out of rehab!

2. Still walking, feeling grateful. Now to cleanse my body. I’ll start taking deep breath.
Study show, the way to really cleanse the body is through deep breathing, now need to go deep in the science of this one. Humans die without air and thrive with alot, easy!

3. now that i’m feeling like a king, i’ll start thinking about my goals and feel like it’s already been achived to activate my RAS

4. after about 15 minutes or more of walking and doing the above, i’ll start to run.
I plan to run for about 15 – 30 minutes, while running i’ll do incantation.
Ann incantation is much more powerful then an affirmation because you say
the desired outcome outloud. Exsample: “Everyday in everyway i get stronger and stronger”yelling this like a crazy mofo while running the street. (hoping that i don’t get locked up)

After this i’ll come home take a deserved shower, eat some food and drink a smoothie.

Last part of the morning routine:

Sit down write 10 successes from the day before!

If you’re thinking “does this crazy shit work?!”
No worries, i’ll come back after som weeks doing this and write about it

Six Human Needs: Part Two

You can also call it variety or adventure.

Do you really need it?

What would happen if you were certain about EVERYTHING here in life?
Think it would be fun? Or do you think you would be depressed, i know i would.

That actually happen one time, know what happen? I jumped of a 90 meter bridge!
It was exactly what i needed. Here’s the evidence:

Uncertain of what will happens next is good, it gives you adrenaline and it makes everything fun!
Ever experienced planning the night out with your friends and every time it get’s boring because you know where you are going and it seems that you almost know what is going to happen as well.
What about the night you didn’t plan at all. Everything was fun, suddenly you find yourself in a crazy situation.
There are also the extremes that need to jump of a cliff, bride, sky scrapers, plains, you name it. Some actually finds peace in those moments plus all that adrenaline is REALLY addictive.

Tell you what. If you notice you life is getting dead boring. Add a cup or two of uncertainty to it and 90% of the time you will cure this hideous disease called boring.

Do you need to jump of a bridge to experience Uncertainty? Hell no. You can go to the Train or Plane terminal and just jump on the first plane or train that comes. Believe me, it so much fun!

Me personally really appriciate uncertainty, it wouldn’t score as my #1 human need, but i would go apeshit without it.

Can it really hurt you?

I think you kinda get the point by now.
What if you didn’t know if you could provide for yourself, you’re uncertain if you could get food for yourself and your family and too much extreme sport will probably kill you after you jumping off things and fing yourself crave more and more extreme activities.

I know and have talked to alot of people who unconscioussly is driven by uncertainty and find themself doing stupid shit all the time. They wish they could have more certainty and don’t go fuck up shit and come late for work or have something stable in their life.

And if you think about it. Some of the problems about ghettoes and slums is that thigs are to uncertain with resources like food, money and water.
Food and water are obviously critcal for life.
So what do you do when you find yourself lacking everything you need to survive?
Many of us humans have shown that we tend to stick a gun to somebody’s face and take everything valuable from them.

Are you to uncertain in your life?
Ask yourself:
How can i make my life certain that i will not lack resources?
How can i balance certainty and uncertainty?
What kind of people do i need to see more often to achive this balance?
